This new project was born thanks to the inspiration of cinematic titles such as the Lord of the Rings Trilogy and the Hobbit.
We worked on this project in our spare time and we can consider about 3 months working.
We started sculpting Body and Armor in ZBrush, then we moved on retopology in Maya creating the UV sets with UDIM workflow.
We used Marmoset for baking details sculpted in ZBrush, then textured in Substance Painter.
The Tris count is 281.581 (including the weapon).
We decided to create a huge sword made with bones and reinfoced iron.
The model is full body and facial rigged in Unreal Engine 5.2.
The character contains clothing and physical chains.
We made a series of animations watchable in the video.
The footage is rendered on Unreal Engine 5.2 with Ray Tracing and Lumen.
